Let’s go! This aerobic circuit blends mat work and lunges to get your heart rate up while locking in great form. A light dumbbell helps activate key muscles before you hit those spicy leg burners. Plyometric jumps are in—modify to low impact if needed, but if you can jump safely, do it! It’s incredible for bone density, especially in midlife. Now’s the time to go for it, while keeping those joints happy and safe. You’ve got this!
